‘Vegetarian Mexican salad’ arrived on BCN > LHR with beef starter. This wasn’t a SPML, it was this or chicken salad. I sent the beef back. This was 1 Oct, so I guess before the new menu for Oct actually began on the 2nd.

The offending beef was replaced with the tomatoes!
