Trying to redeem Asia Miles for Gulf Air
Hello — I've been trying to redeem Asia Miles for a GF flight (BAH-HYD) later this month in J. ExpertFlyer shows 4 P class (business class award code) seats available, but the U.S.-based Asia Miles desk keeps insisting that (1) Z class is the inventory code, not P class and (2) regardless of the code, there aren't any business class seats available. Any suggestions for how to proceed? Would I have better luck with the UK or Hong Kong-based Asia Miles desks? Thanks in advance.
