Interestingly enough, if my screen is too narrow (split screen on laptop, mobile phone, etc) , I don't see it either. On a wider-screen computer, if you click the red arrow to the right of the "Contact Us", it should say "Need more help? You can now message Delta directly." with a "MESSAGE US" button
