Also, I think NYC liquor laws have been updated so that places can serve alcohol at 10am on Sunday now so the noon thing shouldn’t apply to JFK and LGA, no?

Updating: I’m at JFK now and just heard the bartender quote someone that drinks on Sunday start at 10am so noon is def not accurate anymore.
FWIW - A few months ago had Champagne at 8am-ish at FFD. FL seemed to open up alcohol around 8:30am.

I haven't updated the wiki because I have no conformation these times are accurate.
(I can confirm the BUF AC does not serve alcohol anymore. Or soft drinks. Or snacks. )
