Sorry for not being clear with my question. Have you logged in to the SAS website via the "Login" button that I've boxed in the image below while booking your reservation, checking my bookings or during OLCI? Same for the app, if you book/view the reservation or check-in for the reservation while you're signed in to your SAS account there might be problems. During the past months, another FT member had this problem when flying UA, because the was logged in to his MileagePlus account while managing his booking ( viewing, checking-in, etc... ) his miles were not credited to TK* even though he had entered his TK* number.
If this is not the problem, did you click "I don't want to earn miles" on the SAS website while booking? This shouldn't be the case but might be.
