Not sure where else to post this but want people’s thoughts.
I just went into the bathroom at the JFK AC and there was a lounge staff member (not AA) sitting on the sink area with feet dangling on his phone.....for a while as people come and go and he sat there while I washed my hands.
This just seemed odd an unprofessional to me. Do I let AA know?
