That might work, However IIRC Dorsett's Hong Kong properties are in Wan Chai (loosely using the boundary), Kwun Tong, Mong Kok and Tsuen Wan. So getting from one Dorsett to another with luggage would not be easy. (Gogovan would be my choice)
