So I understand from various reports that its possible to get multiple CIP cards and get the bonus a second time in a year.

My question is, can I self-refer myself for the 2nd CIP card from my 1st CIP referral? Or should I have P2 Refer me? She has a CIP as well, but since the AF just hit for the 3rd time Oct 1, we are going to cancel hers in a few days/weeks. I'm not sure I want to risk the referral coming from an account that is going to be closed in the near future, possibly before the referral bonus hits?
