There's a difference between flight attendants and sky waitresses. Most in the profession are indeed "flight attendants". Individuals like the one in this story are sky waitresses, because they are useless in almost every aspect from customer service to safety.
I apparently missed that part.
But did not see how this person performed their assigned duties on this flight. Or how they treated other customers, or even this customer on this flight.
Or how they did their job on maybe thousands of other flights.
