Nice fare especially with the A330Neo - and indeed the route itself is one of the unique ones out there from a world major city to a regional capital. Medan itself, there's not much to do, but normally tourist will venture out to Lake Toba, stay a couple nights over there while discovering the culture of the Batak (which is one of the many different tribes found in Indonesia). Food is also unique.
