Yukonprince

My neighbour was flying Windsor - Toronto - Fredericton. The Toronto to Fredericton flight was cancelled and she was rerouted through Montreal arriving in Fredericton at Midnight instead of 17:20 - almost six hours later. Is she entitled to compensation and if so how does she go about it?
