It is? Is this a recent development since the protests? If true, this is big, bad news for me, as it's the most efficient way I've EVER gotten around HK.
I last took it in May. What's changed? On their website I have no problem doing a dummy booking from the Conrad to Hung Hom (without hitting the actual 'request ride' button).
Are you sure you don't mean on the mainland? Didi bought out Uber's China stake and is the best option on the mainland, but certainly not HK.
...Unless I'm missing something?
(And if not true, I'd love to know where I too can catch Uber at West Kowloon station!)
