I've always found AC to be reasonable with FP requests. A few times I've NOSHOed lat bookings and they've either refunded or offered the option to pay a penalty to reclaim the credit. Because they've been so reasonable, I've just taken to allowing FP credits to either expire or not refund NOSHOs this year. I think I've let 6 credits (Lat TCON) waste this way so far. I just wish they'd track the spend in AQD or some such CRM/Loyalty system... like, this guy just buys but doesn't fly or refund.

Do NOT ever ask me to be your bookkeeper.
