  • I dropped off laundry on Friday at 1 PM and called about it Saturday evening and was told they don't do laundry on weekends so I'd have it back Monday. I mentioned I was leaving Sunday and someone should have told me so I had to return to the front desk to reclaim my dirty laundry.
Whilst you're having breakfast / lunch / dinner, you can use the onsite laundry. It's 4GBP, which includes a wash, dry and laundry detergent, and the laundry is next to the gym

Shame you were given duff advice, although I think the turnover of staff is quite high (I stay here 10 times a year on average)
