We are scheduled on ATN Jan 3rd - LAX-PPT booked on an AA codeshare. I have been getting nowhere on getting assigned seats, going so far as asking what it would cost to purchase up to Premium Economy. Is this standard for this carrier? Also will we get elite miles for these flights?
