As a Diamond, I can expect lounge/breakfast at the Conrad Hong Kong even though the prepaid rate description specifically says “no breakfast”, right? That’s just said to weed out those expecting the rate to include breakfast as a sub-Gold member...

Or is there some new bargain rate akin to Basic Economy that throws out benefits regardless of status? I’ve never seen this exclusion mentioned in a rate before.
