In the past, I would be able to book using e-Certificates through the website (it would be automatically selected on the booking page through points). I wasted 35K points recently because I thought it booked using the certificate but actually deducted my points...
Going back in to the website and mobile app, it seems like the option to book using certificates is not available anymore even when points redemptions are available. Checked a number of hotels and none of my e-Certificates show up. It worked fine about 1/2 a year ago so I'm wondering how to book using e-Certificates now.
