Not really. They're reporting that UA has included a note that they "may" see higher prices as of November 15 also.

Two thoughts on this: I don't think anybody really believed that partner awards would never increase in price, but I also don't think that the sky is falling any more than it already was. Given that there have yet to be any reports of higher mileage amounts, I suspect this is intended to cover themselves on mixed-metal awards, for which this absolutely is true. Even a single United-operated flight means that the entire direction of travel could get booked using the United chartless system.
