Went to Burger King for the first time in who knows when, I don't usually go there. Went to drive thru. I peek in the window to confirm they have the same terminals as they do outside. I ask the guy "do you take google pay?" he said erm I'm not sure. i don't think we do. He seemed very confused. I said I know you do inside but that's fine. He seemed interested though and looked at the terminal and said: "yeah actually we do! how do I run that? do I hit just credit card?" I said yeah. So I handed over my phone unlocked and I told him to hover it over the terminal. It worked (thank God!) and he seemed so excited he said "I'm gonna need to get my Apple pay set up man I love this! This is awesome!"

Not sure if they are able to move that terminal to put it out the window or anything, but hey, another one person in this country found out about contactless and loves it!

What are your experiences with drive thrus at McDonald's and Burger King? I tried searching the thread but haven't found much about BK hence the post.
