I went to that location today and EMV still isn't accepted outside (it also happens to be the only 7-Eleven that I know of with newer pumps/readers). Contactless isn't accepted inside, either, and it looks like no QC as well.
Most 7-Eleven use Gilbarco pumps but I did find one with Wayne pumps and the 7-Eleven MX915s do not accept ctls inside the last time I checked but the pumps do accept ctls. This has to be a test as it seems that 7-Eleven really likes to test things out. Every other 7-Eleven in Kansas City seems to use Gilbarco dispensers most with Flex Pay IV but yeah zero ctls readers.
