I got CFU and CSP in late June. Applied for freedom on 9/2 and got rejected. Got approved Amex delta gold on 9/3, Amex plat Morgan Stanley on 9/19, Chase Marriot on 9/20. Amex’s cards show up 2 months later so I think I’m ok right?
Also, would you suggest I call them again and ask to speak to a supervisor before or after the “second review”?
Again, thank you for your help.
There's little point in calling back until after they've done their review.

If Chase thought you had too many new accounts as of the 9/20 denial, they're not going to like the two new Amex cards when those show up this month or next. You need to cool it with new credit apps for at least six months to a year. It's possible Chase could re-open a CC(s) for you, only to shut them down again when the new Amex cards show up. It sounds like you have an 11-month credit history with accounts that have an average age of maybe two or three months, which is extremely low.
