Ice cubes in wine? Shocking!

All joking apart, thanks for the report. Lots of what I would probably refer to as little niggles. Nothing probably significant enough to warrant a complaint (or less than positive feedback to BA) but combined I probably would have been frustrated.

The lukewarm soup is definitely something that irks me too. I think all the soups I have had on BA (albeit only in Club World) have been good in terms of flavour etc. but they have never been hot enough. I had one occasion where the crew clearly tried to add a little hot water to it but that only resulted in thinning out the soup. I have also had the same issues with breakfast where despite specifying what I'd like it's hit and miss whether you get what you ordered.

I don't think F should just be ok. It's meant to be the pinnacle of BA's service offering.
