Shortly after contacting HotelsAtHome, Shop.marriott started to communicate and I received a track and trace number. Yesterday I received a packet, however once again I did not receive my full order. I only received one out of two pillows. I ordered two pillows. I contacted them again via the chat, however the customer service was horrible. They told me that only one of the packets were shipped and she would have to make a replacement order for the last pillow. She did not seems to rush and I have still not received any confirmation on the replacement order, and not even a new track and trace number.
I have contacted HotelsAtHome again. I cross my fingers, that I will receive the last pillow soon. From my point of view, this will have negative impact on the Marriott brand, if this shop continue to do horrible customer service and business. I am actually considering not using Marriott hotels in the future for my business trips.
