The difference, of course, is in:
- motivation
- attention to detail
- pride
- corporate culture
- emphasis on importance of product
- branding
- training
- quality of service elements, etc., etc...
JetBlue is an interesting case because it pays crews less, with declining morale and a questionable future, but somehow they manage to get Mint (and most 'soft' customer service aspects) right.
