Ah yes of course - if availability exists then there will be immediate confirmation, and this is reserved for higher tiers.
IRL this will depend on how they handle the published availability. If it returns to anything like the previous situation, then all good. If OTOH most requests goes to waitlist, then higher tier members will have to wait until T-59, regardless of waitlisting at T-300. (Not like today, where some people are reporting waitlist clearing ≈7 days after request)
