Well I made a very strong feedback, polite but straight, about the views shared here and I got a ”loudest wins” feeling since they then upgraded my segments only after that.
However, they noted that they are indeed in progress of reshaping the upgrade tool for the better for higher tiers. Remains to be seen how, but officially they are working on it.
