4K Invest. SDH (the state investment firm) flogged JP off to them in 2016. Whatever equipment they owned (rather than leased) was sold at the same time, IIRC.
Apparently, this DE outfit was 'one of the leading business turnaround specialists in Europe'. Obviously not good enough to turn around JP, it seems.
Adria managed to get into Bloomberg's Worst 10 Airlines of 2019 list, alongside the usual ULCC suspects (FR, U2). Thomas Cook came in last at #72 !
