As Pallhedge said, you raised several red flags. The short credit history and large number of apps is one trigger. The 3 Chase cards in 7 months or less is also a trigger, since your history is only 11 months old. For someone with a longer history and track record of payments, this by itself might not trigger a review, but in your case, you start to fit a high risk "bust out" profile. The low credit line of $1200, being cycled repeatedly, is another trigger. Unfortunately, I think you need to write off Chase and go slower with other banks. Your chances of getting your Chase cards reinstated are nil.
I wouldn’t say they’re “nil.” Probably half the people who report a Chase shutdown end up getting the cards reopened. In the OP’s case, cycling his credit limit is probably what triggered the review. It’s worth making a couple calls and/or writing a couple letters.
