When you book AA flights with BAEC Avios, you pay BAEC's redemption rate, not American's.

AA does not fly FWA-YYZ nonstop; unless AA offers a "direct" (i.e., through) flight on that route, there is no way you are getting such an itinerary for 7,500 BA Avios, as BAEC charges separately for each flight flown.
