It won't produce a mobile boarding pass for the Other Half for MAD-LAX (of AMS-MAD-LAX) - is that likely to be SSSS? I can force it to produce a pop-up about a doc check, but I would have thought she wouldn't get either BP if that were the case...? (She's a US citizen, if that matters)
Update: was indeed SSSS for the Other Half. It seems adding my KTN messed things up though - system took it as a visa number and didn’t correctly look up my ESTA - resulting in a few minutes of typing from agents at Barajas before I was allowed to proceed to the gate.
