I've never used the showers at CDG, but you ought to be able to use them.
At least in August there wasn't really a separate business lounge. At one time there was a 1st class lounge on the 11th (I think it was) floor where you entered and the general lounge down on the 10th floor. Now the 1st class lounge seems to have disappeared, and you enter on the 10th floor.
But we noticed that there is a sign pointing upstairs to a "business" lounge. Going up there, as we were traveling Polaris, there was no check on whether you were really business or not, and it was a small area, but less crowded than the general area.
