Again, very clearly, why is this not on the Vietnam Airlines website? Check with the airline. The airline's website has been checked and they DO NOT have any information on this. It is only once you arrive at the airport that you are informed.

If it is such a serious problem it should be on the airline's website for their customers to see. It is not there in any shape or form.
