I've gone to both the MLL and UC at LGA. The UC wins hands down. The MLL has horrible food choices (believe it or not, the UC has far better IMO). Both are equal in terms that they are both brand new, both overlook the terminal below, etc.

The MLL does have self-serve drinks while the UC has a bar tender.
