Hi All,
I was wondering if you have any experience with Lufthansa customer service.
We are flying (Myself, my wife and our baby) TLV to SFO with a connection in FRA
Since the connection is kinda short + we are with a 5 month old baby we decided to reserve our seats a head of time in the front of the plane (row 7).
There was an airplane change and now row 8 is the 1st economy row - but for some reason Lufthansa kept bumping us out of our seats to different seats all together.

What's happening??


The last guy I talked to in Lufthansa customer service kept saying like a broken recored "There is nothing I can do"

Did you had anything like that with customer service?
Any one has an idea what to do?
I'm Platinum in United and never had such customer service experience.
