I’m really surprised to hear this. I’m an older Caucasian man who has flown business class or premium economy many times to the same locations you have. And I’ve had mostly good experiences, like you, but also like you I’ve had a few with flight attendants with attitude. And with your status they should be able to know you and should treat you especially well.
One thing I tend to do on boarding is let them know I know where my seat is, and even flash my ticket at them. And as for the PJs my feeling is that they pass over the Caucasians for Asians. Of course their large size is really not big enough so there is that.
