Unless it's a honeymoon / couples destination - e.g. Maldives / Seychelles then I think you will be OK as the middle couple seats generally stay empty. A lot of couples book a window / aisle facing pair but Mrs. Firstlight and I invariably book the middle because we like sleeping together on the plane
