We are in the middle of a similar thing with our first Prestige card. The replacement is still not here. The first bill is due and the clock for the sign up bonus is ticking. I can't log on because I don't have the security code to enter to the Online banking. I'm not sure if the first card was stolen or simply lost, but we got a fraud alert call on it even though we've never laid eyes on it. It was not the norn, and now neither card has arrived. Hopefully it will be in today's mail and that will be the end of it.
