"No Checked Baggage Allowance"
After struggling through a very buggy BA app I managed to check myself in for tomorrow morning's DXB-LHR flight. I selected the amount of bags etc.
The BP says "no checked baggage allowance for this flight" (not correct)
Do I worry?
Instinct is to sort it all out at the airport, but as it'll be 1 in the morning there might be less boots on the ground to do this.It may have something to do with it being a J ticket downgraded from F and promised the same luggage allowance.
I cannot get the app to work reliably today either! It could be that this has caused the issues as it froze when selecting the luggage for my wife.
Don'tthink I'll bother with the app again. One error is one too many, going to go back to printing BPs off!
