Recently at a HGI in Connecticut, stay booked with HH points, I was told at check-in “if you are staying with points, you don’t get free breakfast.” I am HH Gold, my status was on the reservation, and I booked via the Hilton.com website, if this makes any difference.
I had not encountered this before when booking with points. Have others had this happen?

Escalate this to Hilton customer service over email, hopefully you got the name of the employee. This is completely false.
