I do have something weird happening to my TK.com /app profile.
My 2 year cycle shouldn't end until Nov 2019 and I requalified more than a year ago. But it seems my status has already been extended to Nov 2021 last month, and the wheel reset to 0.
However, it say I need to collect "25K before Nov 2018" and 37.5K before Nov 2021 to maintain elite status.
Also, the CA flight just posted didn't move the wheel.
Should I be worried?
I know it is likely a waste of time if I contact TK because TK app does show that I am Elite.
Just a follow-up question for your first case, did you tried to enter your TK*G number at OLCI or at MMB on the Air China website or during booking?
For your second case, the wheel would move after 1 Dec 2019 as you have already requalified for Elite. The Nov 18 part should be a glitch and it should be Nov 20.
