I've been a Pre-Flight loyalist for a decade or longer. Frequent shuttles day and night to and from all rows of the lot. I have had a couple instances where terminal pickups are delayed mainly due to traffic approaching the terminals due to extreme crowds, weather delays, and construction. I don't blame Pre-Flight for that, that is simply the same operational challenge that is thrown at all parking lot shuttles that serve the airport.
