First hiccup in this little game. Applied using 9 digit e-mailer for $2.5k/50k on Day 65 of cycle (which at time was August 4th), approved with phone call. I honestly don't remember if I got a welcome letter confirming bonus or not, but I was out of country for a couple weeks and just forgot about it. Maybe I threw it out, maybe I never got it? Who knows, and I can't find it now. Obviously got careless and mistake.
Got card in mail, met spend, paid off card, and...no bonus miles on statement that just cut.
Went to chat with citi, rep said they had no record of my being targeted for that offer and didn't see it on my profile (of course). Anyone else have luck in this situation? They gave me phone number of account rep specialist I could call, but not sure I want to draw more attention. I have no proof of the offer other than email in my relatives account.
Might just lick my wounds and move on...
