CX doesn't fly to Hawaii so it will be CX Asia - US and AS from the gateway to Hawaii. CX now flies to SEA so that is another option. Also consider YVR connecting to SEA. While backtracking, ORD or gateways East might be possible. YMMV

FInding Saver A space on AS (required for AS F on an award) to Hawaii will be a challenge so plan on the flight to Hawaii being in the Main Cabin.
