Upper deck "blocked out" for seat selection
We are flying Club MIA to LHR on BA206 on 28th October 2019----when trying to book seats the whole of the upper deck of the 747 is "blocked out" with no ability to reserve seats upstairs. does anyone have any ideas why this may be so?
