The most egregious fees I've seen recently was a Four Points which charged a non-disclosed "Daily Mandatory Fee" of 10% on the room. That was bad enough. They did have published parking rates which were in-line with the surrounding properties, BUT they then charged an additional undisclosed 10% Daily Mandatory Fee on the parking fees.
