I didn't see a notice in my Silver Sept bill. Would they sent it out in the Oct bill with less than a month notice? But honestly, the Silver isn't it worth it when the $50,000 / $3,000 EQD kicks in on my account anyway. These cards have been too devalued to be worth spending money on them.
