So...on my way to a Residence Inn in Western Colorado. Smaller town...using my 1-week e-cert. Looking forward to it. But just took a punch to the gut...

I go to look at my reservation.

And there it is in bright blue. A $6 / night self-parking fee! ...!

Going to complain about this at the desk. Wasn't there before. This is a SMALL TOWN. There is no other way to get to this hotel practically. Should I walk? <sarc> No bus service....beyond asinine...

I think I'm ready to cancel my Marriott Bonvoy card.
