Yes, every week.
I ordered two pillows and pillow sheets back in July and a week after I got a track and trace number for my order, but I only received the pillow sheets. I contacted them, and they told me that they would send the pillows with priority. A week after I ask for a track and trace number again, but this time they informed me that it was sold out at the moment. On their homepage the pillows have been back in stock for more than two weeks. I have asked them the same question for two weeks now, "when will my order be shipped?". Everytime they just answer "soon". This is the worst customer service ever and I might reconsider if I want to stay at Marriott hotels in the future due to this issue.
Does anyone know if this site is legit or not?
