Has anyone been able to get a recent replacement Citi AAdvantage Executive MC in good ol' plastic? Citi sent me a replacement card in metal. I do not want a metal heavy credit card. Called CS to ask for a plastic replacement of the replacement and wound up with... another f-ing metal card.

How does one actually get plastic cards issued? Demand a less clueless US call center rep?
