Does anyone know if you can use United Miles to upgrade on Swiss from biz to first? I am currently holding a biz class ticket from EWR - ZRH in July. I'd like to try to upgrade to first. I have plenty of United Miles and have lots of miles with Amex and Chase. Does anyone know the process, miles required etc.? Thanks.
